01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pl4yace. This platform is operated and owned by pl4yace Entertainment Sdn. Bhd., a company operating in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and pl4yace across all aspects of platform use, including registration, gaming, financial transactions, and interaction with our content.

This document should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific promotions or games. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise by pl4yace.

Pl4yace reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use pl4yace services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• A legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in any region that prohibits the use of online gambling services.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Never having held a pl4yace account that was previously closed due to a terms violation.

Upon registration, you are required to provide your full name, valid national identity card or passport number, active email address, and a mobile number registered in your own name. This information is used for the KYC verification process and financial transaction processing.

03 Account Management

Once your account is successfully registered, you are fully responsible for all activities that take place under that account. pl4yace recommends using a strong and unique password, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.

• Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with any party.
• Pl4yace will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or phone under any circumstances.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee as outlined in our inactive account policy.

Identity verification (KYC) will be required before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a national ID, passport, utility bill, or recent bank statement. This process is typically completed within one to three business days.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Pl4yace supports a wide range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow, local e-wallets, bank transfers, and selected cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, or the equivalent value for certain payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after the transaction is confirmed.
• Pl4yace does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose certain charges.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50, or the equivalent value.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one to five business days, depending on the chosen method and KYC verification status.
• Pl4yace reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving a withdrawal.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to our anti-money laundering policy.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

All bonuses and promotions offered by pl4yace are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each promotion has a stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reclaimed.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fully met before any bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Pl4yace reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.

Pl4yace also operates a loyalty programme that rewards active members. Accumulated reward points can be converted to gaming credits at the current exchange rate stated in your account. Reward points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other users.

06 Rules & Fair Play

Pl4yace uses a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent auditors to ensure the fairness of all games. Every spin, dice roll, or card outcome is entirely independent and random, with no manipulation of any kind.

• The outcome of all games is final once completed. Disputes regarding game results will not be entertained unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, pl4yace will use server records as the definitive reference to determine the outcome.
• Bets placed during a system outage may be voided and the wagered amount returned to your account balance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on pl4yace:

Any violation of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable. pl4yace reserves the right to disclose information to the relevant authorities in cases involving unlawful activity.

• Pl4yace is not liable for financial losses arising from legitimate and fair game outcomes.
• The maximum liability of pl4yace to any user under any circumstances is limited to the value of the most recent deposit made by that user.

10 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your pl4yace account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all active wagers have been settled and any eligible balance has been withdrawn.

Pl4yace also reserves the right to close or suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to submit required identity verification documents
• User-initiated request under the self-exclusion programme
• Compliance with directives from authorities or court orders

11 Terms & Conditions Amendment

Pl4yace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except for changes related to platform security which may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the pl4yace platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, please discontinue use of the platform and close your account.
